The vibe here was quiet! We liked large room with 2 beds. The staff members were helpful and suggested local places.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unprofessional.

The location of the hotel is very perfect were there are shops and restaurants around it. Staff are friendly, knows english and helpful
The hotel was so noise were you can hear the next room voices, telephone tone and even the shower. The beds are not comfort and the cleaning is disaster. They only gives us one key for the room

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old downtown and within walking distance to the markets. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms are well-equipped, with basic amenities and either two beds or a large bed. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.
There was one minor issue that could be improved upon, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

It was really close to the Historical Centre of Istanbul (monuments, restaurants, shopping, easy access to tram and buses).

The hotel's location was ideal, with a close proximity to the tramway. The hotel itself had a beautiful interior and a spacious restaurant. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Excellent location, within walking distance to major touristic sites, very friendly staff, good rates.
Small shower area in bathroom. Breakfast slightly less varied than in hotels of the same category in the neighbourhood.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the old town. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location and the amenities provided. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our time there. Additionally, the hotel's location in the old downtown area was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the nearby shops and attractions.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more.

Central location near shops, Blue Mosque. Staff did not speak English. Bathroom was tiny and shower pan leaked all over floor. Poor grouting and mold. Staff promise to correct but did not.
See above. Small rooms. Breakfast selection limited and food wasonly mlid warm on the food warmers as they were not working well.

I was thrilled with the prompt meal service at Akgun Hotel. Despite my transit flight delay, they ensured dinner and breakfast were served on time. The hotel's location near historic areas and the Grand Bazaar was also convenient. The room, although not luxurious, was clean and reasonably equipped. The affordable price was definitely a plus. Although there were some minor issues, like inappropriate room windows and a few tufts of hair on the bathroom mirror, overall I had a pleasant experience. I believe it would be more fitting to categorize this hotel as a 4-star instead of a 5-star establishment. I would recommend staying at Akgun Hotel Beyazit.
